Origin of AIDS and human experimentation

While we conclude the 20th century, in the year of the epidemic of AIDS and a new 21 century begins there is no cure or any answer about the origin of the AIDS virus yet. We should start asking ourselves some very serious and difficult questions, and not allow that the government and scientists to give us explanations which are evidently lies and are insulting our intelligence. We should wonder seriously:
a) Can this virus be a result of a failed experiment?; b) can this virus be the product of a Government’s laboratory in the United States biological weapons facility?
Isn’t funny that during the 80s newspapers from all over the world published articles about this possibility, but the western press hardly wrote a word about it?
Why a German scientist [Jacob Segal] was questioned by agents of the American government, after publishing a research expressing his theory and conviction that AIDS was a human product made in an American laboratory?
Is mere coincidence that two men renowned who were promoting the same theory were found dead under suspicious circumstances in a lapse of few weeks?
What is the connection among the vaccine of the hepatitis-B in New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles, and the consequent epidemic of AIDS in those places?
What about the ample spreading of the smallpox vaccine in Africa and the consequent epidemic of AIDS there?
Have some Doctors and American scientists used human beings in hidden experiments without reporting what was going to the victims? These are the questions that we should consider and ask.
However, if you doubt that the American government has done such things, You only have to look at history and see that it has done it many times (and it continues doing it).
Since the foundation of this nation, the army has delivered to the indigenous towns (the first Nations) polluted layers with the smallpox virus; The United States have demonstrated its desire to kill with illnesses.
An example is the infamous experiment of Tuskagee Syphilis Study, in which the doctors and scientifics of the government authorized that 400 black men without studies were treated secretly with syphilis, so that they could "study the effects" of this illness.
Meanwhile it was said to these men that were being been treated "freely" of their illness.
This continued during 40 years, from 1932 until it was discovered in 1972.
Interesting thing, the department that supervised the Tuskagee Study has been transformed at the moment in the department in charge of the AIDS program of the government.
Let us take a look to other issues that the government did unbeknownst of people's knowledge.
In 1948, a team of American and British scientists released a cloud of germs on a ship full with animals near Bahamas. The corpses of the animals were burned in the sea.
In 1951, personnel of the US Army deliberately contaminated wooden boxes, to infect black workers in the naval base of Norfolk, Virginia.
In 1955, in the area of the Tampa Bay, CIA tested bacteria coming from a military center of chemical-biological weapons. The residents in the area experienced a strong increment of the whooping cough, with strong symptoms, including 12 deaths.
A large amount of bacteriological weapons were used by the United States during the war of Korea against the North Koreans; When three Americans published a report about the use of these weapons, the administration of Eisenhower accused them of sedition.
Many Vietnamese and Americans still suffer of birth cancer and a high ratio of malformations, as a consequence of the "Orange agent" used to destroy the forests and plantations.
There has not been an official answer of the government to the petitions of help due to "syndrome of the Gulf war", so the government denies its existence completely.
Today, the American government, with its negative to allow Medicine to alleviate the suffering of the children from Iraq, continues killing with illnesses.
The days 5 and 6 of March 1989, The San Francisco Examiner published a series titled "Weapons of test tube" that revealed that the American military is and it has been developing biological weapons capable to attack to specific ethnic groups. And during the 60s experimental therapies were carried out in California and of tested with prisoners, including drugs that alter the brain and electroshocks.
Some of them were applied to homosexual prisoners with the purpose of "converting them" to heterosexuality [it is possible to get more information on the use of prisoners in experiments and biological tests in two good sources: Pungent of Skin -1998 -, of Allen M. Hornblum; and Kind and Unusual Punishment: The Prison Business -1973 -, of Jessica Mitford].
Therefore, the American government has proven repeatedly to be unworthy of trust, saying it smoothly. But, does that make it guilty of having created the most lethal virus so far of our time? First, let us examine the other options. There is no real "official" explanation to the origin of AIDS; the government doesn't have any empiric answer to offer. Of course, they won't tell us they created the virus. Perhaps Isn’t there other truth to tell? As doctor Jakob Segal said, "...None of the experts can outline a reasonable mean, plausible; natural that had been able to provoke AIDS."
A very well-known theory, promoted by experts of the government, established that AIDS had existed during decades in a latent state in Africa, and somehow it was activated recently. But in 1968 an independent researcher went to the biggest city in Uganda, an epicenter of AIDS in África. He analyzed the blood of old patients in rest clinics, as well as the blood of 716 young healthy adults. 15% of the young adults had the HIV, wherease no old person had signs of it. The researcher concluded that "...the results indicate that [the virus] has only arrived recently to the country”.
Another popular theory that a lot of people believe is proven is that the illness began with the “green monkey” in Africa. Then, somehow and suddenly, it jumped from the monkey to the humans - something that it is not known and it has never happened in the biological history!...
June 2 of 1988, two researcher of the University of Tokyo affirmed that AIDS could not come from the “green monkey”; there were differences between the molecular structure and the genes of the virus of the monkey, and those found in the human virus.
When Carl Mulder of the Massachusetts Medical School was asked about his opinion on the origin of AIDS, he answered: "It is not the green monkey of Africa; we don't know any other virus of the monkey that is sufficiently similar to the human virus so that it can be its predecessor."
The doctor Jakob Segal answered to the theory of the green monkey saying that "...scientifically, the thesis is absolutely untenable"; his wife and research partner, Lili Segal, affirmed that "...it is simply a myth that has obtained more success than any serious investigation”.
It is more evident that the theory of the green monkey it is not plausible, when we observe the blood of Pygmy population's in Central Africa (whose correct name is Bantu) ...the closer population group to the green monkeys is not infected. In fact, the epidemic of AIDS strikes the cities of Central Africa, not the forests where the monkeys live.
When the attempts of the western world accusing to the virgin forests of Africa have failed, where should we look for?
When the doctor Robert Streker and his brother the lawyer Ted Streker were preparing a proposal in which they needed to know the cost in the long term of the sanitary assistence of the AIDS patients, they went to a library to investigate; what they discovered changed their lives forever. They discovered that the doctor Myron Essex, responsible in the investigation of AIDS in Harvard Medical School, was not a medic, but a veterinarian; a doctor of animals.
They discovered that the School of Veterinary Pathology (a school of animal pathology) had been endowed with 8 million dollars to the formation of a research group about leukemia and human retrovirus.
After examining several animal illnesses, the doctor Streker concluded "...it has to be produced by means of genetic engineering, starting from different virus. The two viruses that have been used, according to all my research and studies, are maedi-visna and bovine leukemia. Almost with all certainty it happened in a laboratory of American research.
The virus maedi-visna, found in sheep and goats, is a virus of slow infection that causes loss of corporal mass and weight, and progressive destruction of brain and the lung tissues. The virus of the bovine leukemia causes inmunodeficiency and formation of white cells in the brain of cows. The doctor Streker carried out an investigation of medical databases to find all and every one of the studies about the visna-bovine viruses or bovine-visna, since 1900 until our days. What he found were studies that went back as a maximum at the beginning of the 70s on the bovine-visna virus. This virus has the same structure that AIDS virus has, the same morphology, the same dependence of magnesium, the same capacity to reproduce in cultivated tissues.
Later on, doctor Streker affirmed that "...when this virus was spread from the infected cows to the chimpanzees, naturally, these chimpanzees died of a type of pneumonia which is AIDS."
His first report detailing his investigation, Bio Attack Alert, was published in 1986. Later on in that same year, two Eastern German scientists, the doctors Jakob and Lili Segal, published a report of 52 pages, affirming their opinion that the HIV virus had been created using genetic engineering in an American laboratory of biological weapons, starting with the visna virus and the virus of human leukemia.
In 1987, after a thorough investigation, the doctor John Seale, a specialist settled down in London, affirmed: “I am now completely convinced that the virus of AIDS is a human production”, although he believes that it had been more likely produced by an accident in a laboratory of oncological research.
In 1969, the president Nixon announced the prohibition of production and the use of biological warfare agents. Three years later, the United States signed an international treaty with similar dispositions.
One could think that it means the end of the production of biological weapons; but in 1987 a judicial process promoted by the environmental group Foundation for Economics Trends, forced to the Department of Defense to admit the existence of 127 facilities of chemical and biological weapons in the United States.
The Science Magazine published that the process had revealed that they are applying techniques of recombination of DNA, in the investigation and production of certain number of pathogenic agents and toxins...".
The army alleges that the whole investigation on biological weapons is "only with defensive purposes”; and they also had to admit the existence of “institutes of investigation of infectious illnesses” in Kenya and Brazil.
In fact, in the same year that Nixon announced the prohibition of biological weapons, Henry Kissinger mediated for the development of new biological illnesses, and the army requested 10 million dollars to create a "murderous virus” with the clinical description of AIDS.
The doctor Ronald M. MacArthur, assistant director named by the Congress - Department of Defense, declared before the Congress that within the next 5 or 10 years, it will be probably to produce a new micro infectious organism that would differ in certain aspects from any well-known organism that causes illnesses.
The most important thing it’s that it could be refractory [that it doesn't respond to treatments] to the immunologic and therapeutic processes of those that we depend on to maintain our relative freedom in front of the infectious illnesses.
As we can see, the United States has not been innocent in the past, as for telling the truth or to inform to the public about their activities, under the pretense of the “national security”.
Now you can believe that what we express here are more facts on those we have to think of. The prisoners are habitually among the first human beings that the American government has tested their experiments on. But this experimentation was not only carried out on prisoners. These experiments have also been carried out with mental patients and homeless people.
For example, thousands of Americans have been used from 1944 to 1974, in biomedical experiments financed by the Commission of Atomic Energy, to study the effects of radiation in the human body.
These experiments have been carried out in jails, hospitals and universities in the whole country. These experiments have always been carried out with people that society considers "disposable."
Albuquerque Tribune published a series of articles in November of 1993, unveiling the names of Americans injected secretly with plutonium, as a part of a top secret government experiment.
These facts are coming out to the light recently, while more and more government documents are being known. We won't probably know ever the entirety of the data about how much people have been used in government experiments; but it is certain now to think that the AIDS virus is not a Nature phenomenon, but rather a phenomenon of human creation. An illness that has been put on Earth, and for which there is no cure.

Dear professor Velmont: I have always had this doubt, and maybe you can answer it. Several years ago a virus called HIV appeared and a lot of things were said about its appearance that if was the Americans with some scientific experiment that if it came from Africa that if the aliens brought it, etc. I want to know in fact how this terrible virus was originated and if it exists the possibility that in the future it will be eradicated or if many other viruses will appear - I would Appreciate an answer. I continue reading: "The pictures that have been published of this virus are, for some competent scientists, simple intracellular elements that some cells manifest under exceptional conditions, but they have anything to do with any virus."
This text was sent to me by a consultant saying: "The logical question is: if the virus has not been isolated, its existence has not been proven and then what causes AIDS? It is here where everyone has their own theory: Drugs, Fear to be a carrier of the presumed virus, malnutrition, a punishment from God.".
Ruanel: The theories of drugs or malnutrition are ridiculous, because it is impossible that these factors could cause a syndrome like AIDS. Fear, on the other hand, has existed since man's origin, so it is also necessary to discard it.
As for if it is a punishment from God anyone who says that is still living in the year 1500.
Interlocutor: And what is the truth, then?
Ruanel: The truth is that it is a mutable virus mutable and that is the reason it is hard to isolate it. A mutable virus is a virus that transforms itself; it goes changing as a defense, just like a chameleon.

Interlocutor: A Clarified point... Recently I have been asked about the origin of cancer and AIDS.
Ruanel: Cancer takes place directly when an indiscriminate cellular growth occurs that can end up contaminating the physical body and even produce death.
Interlocutor: But about its origin?
Ruanel: Their origin can be genetic or psychogenic, badly called psychosomatic.
Interlocutor: What is the difference?
Ruanel: At this time Johnakan is dictating me and he clarifies me that the psychosomatic illness is the physical illness increased by somebody who is hypochondriac. The psyche attacks the soma which is already attacked. Suddenly if you suffer a physical problem, and you are hypochondriac you increase it to yourself. This worsening is what you call psychosomatic illness.

Ruanel: Psychogenic Illness, on the other hand, is the mental illness that becomes organic. A stomach ulcer due to nerves, for example, is not a psychosomatic illness but a psychogenic illness. Psychosomatic illness is when you have a real physical problem, like arthrosis, and suddenly you are delusional and you make it more serious to yourself by your psyche.
Interlocutor: Then, psychosomatic illness is when the physical illness already exists and the mind worsens it, and the psychogenic illness is when the physical problem appears later on because it is originated by the mind.
Ruanel: Exactly.
Interlocutor: Does medicine make this differentiation?
Ruanel: No, because it has not still made this classification. The doctors continue calling psychosomatic to both illnesses, without any differentiation, when psychosomatic it is the organic dysfunction increased by the psyche.
Interlocutor: And the origin of AIDS?
Ruanel: This was a human mistake. The virus was created and it escaped out of their hands. And now they are also creating in laboratories new virus of polio using computers.
Interlocutor: The people who made this mistake generated karma to themselves?
Ruanel: Yes, of course.
Interlocutor: Although it was an involuntary mistake?
Ruanel: Of course... You have to be happy because your Group has created a series of paradigms, like that psychogenic... Notice that there is a paradigm each century and Grupo Elron has already developed ten paradigms. This means that at this time you are the number one on this planet Earth and even on many worlds.
We have said previously that vaccines had already been developed for AIDS that inhibit the infection of new cells from the virus.

Ruanel: No, it is already known to the public, like it is possible to travel through time using quantum physics, Everything we said previously in other sessions. 2) It is the other way around... when Jesus preached his message of love he did it without exercising any violence (except when he threw away the merchants of the temple). It is necessary to say also that Grupo Elron has invited many scientists of almost all the types of Medicine to ask the Absolute and the Masters of Light, but none of them so far has accepted the invitation, obviously due to their ego. Nevertheless their indifference they have shown, Grupo Elron continues inviting them.
9) To affirm that AIDS is a punishment from God is foolishness, because God doesn't punish. God gives free will to all of us, which means that the Sowing is free but the Harvesting is mandatory. AIDS appeared due to an erroneous manipulation of the viruses by the scientists and the same scientists will have to reverse their problem. That will be their learning. In this way it is necessary to remind the words of Jesus: "Everyone will come out by himself";
10) The Pope, as well as most of the religious leaders is a spirit of error. Religion, in fact, doesn't stop from being an engram, by definition it is irrational. The Dalai Lama who is a being of Light is the exception and I know him personally.

Interlocutor: Now I want to talk about AIDS many people ask me about it insistently. We know that it was a failed experiment, but Were they trying to develop chemical weapons?
Ruanel: Correct.
Interlocutor: There was a German scientist called Jacob or Jakob Segal who denounced that this virus was created artificially. Is there something real about this?
Ruanel: Generally, the American government hides things. 90% of the experiments made in their secret laboratories go out of their hands. What happens is that they don't make it public because they only inform about their successes, not their failures. It would be something exceptional that they have a failure and they inform about it.
As well as it is true that human beings have been cloned, as much in the United States as in China and Korea, there has also been a lot of dead babies due to not well guided cloning that they have hidden.
Interlocutor: But 90% of failures it is an enormous figure!
Ruanel: Of course that it is enormous, and I repeat that they hide them, like experiments with genes, with chemical products, with gases, with bacteriological weapons. They have created so noxious virus that they have had to keep them isolated.
In a certain moment, while these viruses were multiplying greatly they could have put an end in 30 days to terrestrial population, they have exposed them to cathodic rays to a temperature of thousands of centigrade grades to destroy them, because they did not even want to have the responsibility of keeping them.
Interlocutor: Is it true that prisoners are used in the experiments with virus?
Ruanel: The experiments are made with prisoners and those who are willing to be guinea pigs by a sum of money. To this guinea pigs, if we may call them in this way, first they make them sign a contract without copy that they keep just in case.
Second, they are people that have already been investigated by the Secret Services and chosen because they do not have family, so if the experiment fails, something that usually happens, nobody would claim for them.
Interlocutor: This is clear. And with regard to AIDS how was the story exactly?
Ruanel: It is a virus that comes from Africa. The carrier was the Monkey Rhesus and the first people infected were from the countries of Central Africa.
Interlocutor: I do not understand the idea very well.
Ron Hubbard: There was an experiment carried out by an American research laboratory located in France. They detected in the monkey rhesus different antibodies and different retrovirus. Then, some "missionary" scientists went to Africa to experiment with those animals.
These scientists saw that somehow this retrovirus could replicate, and when they saw that to the monkey this virus didn’t cause any illness, they injected to a human the defenses produced by that monkey to make him supposedly immune to that virus. And that went wrong!
Interlocutor: Why?
Ruanel: Because when they injected him the defenses they also injected him the retrovirus and the defenses that worked in the monkey didn't work in the human.
Interlocutor: This means that the person with whom they experimented spread the AIDS virus in the African territory.
Ruanel: Correct, and in this way began AIDS. Then, when it was already late, they realized that the immunologic system of the monkey was useless in the human being. The monkey had the retrovirus and it didn’t affect to the monkey, but in the human being it multiplied.
Interlocutor: And why didn't they stop it?
Ruanel: They tried to do it, but for a long time they didn't find the way to do it, because the retrovirus behaved in a way different to the other viruses. Instead of attacking the virus it was fighting against the immunologic system.
The Americans were not the discoverers of the virus, but their rediscoverers since the only thing that they did was analyze people's contaminated blood.
Interlocutor: This means that when they said they have discovered the virus it was a false announcement?
Ruanel: Exactly.
Interlocutor: The German scientist Jacob Segal who denounced the theory of the monkey rhesus was a pure myth and that the truth was that AIDS was a human product of an American laboratory, he was visited by two people that asked him many questions and apparently they were the American agents.
Ruanel: Not only him, but many other scientists who also formulated accusations were visited and threatened and even some of them were murdered.
Just like the famous "Men in Black", who are officials of Area 51, whose mission is to cover up all the investigations related to the UFO Phenomenon, there are also other "Men of black" that cover up all the accusations about illegal scientific research.
Interlocutor: Does this scientific research have something to do with Area 51?
Ruanel: No, they are laboratories located in many parts of the world.
Interlocutor: I will summarize it to see if I understood. The history of AIDS begins in a scientific laboratory in France experimenting with a monkey Rhesus. The scientists of this laboratory go to Africa, paradise of these animals, to experiment with them. They inject them the retrovirus and when they saw that they were immune to it, they inject the defenses created by the monkey to a human guinea pig, with the result that those defenses that worked in the monkey didn't work in the human, being the catastrophic consequence of the epidemic virus known as AIDS in the world.
Ruanel: Correct.
Interlocutor: Are there drugs to fight against AIDS successfully?
Ruanel: This was already clarified in previous sessions. There are already effective drugs to fight against AIDS successfully, but they don't release them mainly due to commercial reasons.
Interlocutor: I Don’t understand. Why don't they make rich selling those healing drugs?
Ruanel: Because with a single drug, AIDS would be cured and if there is no sick people, With whom would they get rich? The laboratories are interested in selling drugs that maintain the illness, not in drugs that cure AIDS. If they released those drugs, in few months AIDS would end in the entire world.
Interlocutor: I can hardly believe it. Definitely, if I had AIDS, no matter how much I know that the drug that cures AIDS exists, I cannot get it because they don't sell it to me
Ruanel: Exactly.
Interlocutor: Now I understood. It is really monstrous.
Ruanel: But notice how little reasoning people have, if they have already discovered modifications of the genes, if programs already exist to create virus using computers. Giving the order of the chain of Ribonucleic Acid of a certain virus, automatically it can be split in two and that virus is destroyed. And the same thing can be done with the retrovirus of AIDS to create a contra virus. At this moment this can be done using computer software, and it is very easy.
Interlocutor: Well, I don't believe necessary to deepen more on this topic because the main thing is already clarified.
